Anyone else have a glitch where during a gym battle the opponents Pokemon stays at 1HP and you cant run, or it kicks you from the battle at GO, or as soon as the battle starts your first mon faints and there is only 6 seconds left in the battle? This has happened a few times at certain gym spots!

When the arch fills up, you can't power them up anymore. I don't think there's a CP cap based on how much CP they had to start with. I've heard a few people say that Pokemon you've personally evolved (as opposed to catching them fully evolved) have higher CP caps, but I don't know if that's true.
