Same here but if i use an Incense it tells me that it couldn't detect a location.
So far all my logins are not working, it keeps telling me it can't detect location at all so i only have my starter.
I have 35 currently no problems in South ca
They're extremely slow to pop up but I'm also not moving much.

I think you should set your location mode at "high precision" and disable mock locations on the developer's settings tab.

I've caught 12 in the past three hours without leaving my house
whelp, this game sucks
I just spent over an hour walking around outside, went a few miles.
drained 40% of my battery, burned incense the entire time, and I have 3 pokemon to show for it
also there are no land marks on my map and my km aren't even being recorded
either this game sucks or I just don't know how to play
Hey instead of making a thread I though I'd ask this here: I can't seem to get my starter. The prof just tells me to catch one with a pokeball and then leaves, and I'm standing in an open blue area. I can tap around and get a little circle but nothing happens, and when I tap the starter I want nothing happens at all, and there are no other buttons or any menu at all.

Anyone else have a glitch where during a gym battle the opponents Pokemon stays at 1HP and you cant run, or it kicks you from the battle at GO,or as soon as the battle starts your first mon faints and thete is only 6 seconds left in the battle? Thishad happened a few times at certain gym spots

My game is flipping between no pokemon and a shitton of nearby pokemon that don't come up for anything. I'm thinking its some kind of glitch because friends who live a few miles away are getting encounters in their home every 10 minutes and just walking around their block netted them linke 15 pokemon, while I walked for over a mile and got maybe 4 encounters? (My incense didn't work either and only got one weedle encounter)

Why does it ask for your age? Is that how it determines how far you must go to look for Pokemon?
