The top three Pokémon games of all time.
1. HG/SS
-It had 2 regions and its an updated version of Gold and Silver with the physical special split.
2. Platinum
-It rectified the mess game freak made with Diamond and pearl. Revived the battle frontier and had a good post game.
3-Black 2 and White
It rectified the mess that B/W was, and revitalised Unova by adding new areas to the map and made Team plasma better and more evil. The gyms had unique music.
Can anyone disprove my arguements?

BW2 is garbage.
XY/ORAS is better. More pokemon, more items, 3D environments, expanded online capabilities, mega evolution. Only bad thing is that the ORAS soundtrack is absolute garbage compared to emerald, except for sky pillar.

Gen 1 was good, but doesn't age well. These age just fine and still give the nostalgia fixing.

Excluding R/B, no other game in the series drew the masses like they did. Everyone hating on it is unemployed, a kissless virgin, and/or incapable of forming their own opinions.

Notice how EVERY legendary in B2W2 is also available in ORAS, B2W2 had version exclusives too, and most of its non-Unova legendaries were shit except for the Lati duo (and the Dream Radar legendaries if you have the Gen IV games).

ORAS has almost all the Pokémon available in B2W2, including the starters and legendaries, and whichever ones are missing (like Lucario) they make up for with more starters, legendaries and other exclusives.

Hgss had an amazing user interface and pomemon following you, but other than that the game isnt that good. The region constantly forces you to backtrack creating a problem of wild pokemon being extremely underleveled while trainer levels get higher causing you to become underleveled for gyms. And although you do get to go to kanto, they changed the layout of the region causing it to become bland and empty feeling, making it feel tacked on, with wild pokemon levels being the same as they were before adding to the underleveled wild pokemon problem (although this does allow you to catch level 7 noctowls in viridian forest). Almost everything storywise was bland and forgetful.
At least the jhoto pokemon were cool?
Platnium i didnt play, but from what i saw it did fix my gripes with dp so ill give it a pass.
Bw and bw2 are for sure quality games and are up there with emerald and frlg.

In DP a lot of Sinnoh Pokémon were locked to post-game for some bizarre reason, plus there was a lack of certain types. I, too, enjoyed DP despite its shortcomings though.
