I know this may seem like I'm asking for a lot, but I cannot figure any other reliable way to do this.
I want to emulate fire red and eventually transfer my mon's to ORAS. Since this is impossible, I turn to pokegen to create exact copies of them. Since my 3DS is updated, I can't inject. I'd love to know if somebody can do this for me in the future. We can trade emails or something for when the time comes.

You'd have to get a Nintendo DS, either the fat original, or the Lite version.
They can transfer your FR pokémon to any Gen 4 games. From there, you can use that same system to transfer to your 5th Gen game to the 3DS and finally use Poke Bank to get them to ORAS.
