So what are good 3DS Rom hacks? I have wilting Y and Rutile Ruby! Are those the best rom hacks for their respective games or should I change! Recommendations welcome!

How is Rutile Ruby/Star Sapphire. I've been playing Sinking Sapphire by Drayano for a couple hours and it's been a pretty good challenge for Gyms.
I read a bit on Rutile Ruby but it sounds a bit tedious and I don't particularly like the idea of hitting level 100 by the 8th Gym since I like to switch my team around a lot.

Well actually I'm wrong to say exact same trainers, they've been updated to be more challenging with their Pokemon actually having better movesets, more POkemon and IVs.
