Japanese origin: 'Kemono' means Beast and 'Ame' means Rain.

Can someone please draw this or vector this with color. The body is dark blue and the fur is white.
Hideous. Looks like a five year old's attempt at a fusion between Zoroark and Servine. The artist should give up.
