It roughly says circle throw in chinkchonk. I can't tell you what move it is because they're changing the names of a lot of these moves.

considering the moves we've seen in the last footage videos I think the move animations have improved a lot, especially the electric attacks, the sparks finally look convincing to me
I hope they really make awesome moves look awesome on screen this time... they kinda tried to do it last gen with draco meteor, dragon ascend etc but I still think they could look greater than that
