The only other Bug pokemon to not have any evolutions or alternate forms are Shuckle and Durant, and yes I'm counting Volbeat and Illumise as different forms of each other.
Cutiefly is more than likely Gen 7's Surskit, expect one evolution and the first gym to be fighting or dark.
