Actually Oshawott is the 3rd worst starter, going by Tepig the closest worst starter and the worst of them all is clearly Chikorita due to its try of being a failed support pokemon. So by saying Oshawott is the worst i don't consider you to have bad taste but not a god tier taste as mine.
