Awesome cultural history and mythology they could use for inspiration. Ireland would be fantastic. Would love to see structures like the Giant's Causeway and Benbulbin depicted in the game.
As for actual Pokédex additions, a Basking Shark and Pokémon based off of the various mythical creatures, like the Banshee, Aos Sí, Far darrig or a ghost type Dullahan would be amazing. Irish wolfhound dog Pokémon would be fantastic.
Would also love Pokémon based off of the European Badger, Pine Marten, Irish Hare. Wolves, too, even though they were hunted to extinction here in the 18th century.
It's quite small, so you could include variations on Scotland/England/Wales and some surrounding islands too.

It'd be really cool to see the elite four based on the Fianna, or at least a gym.
