If you ask me, that's what I think we're going to see, minus the BREAK Evolution part. Think about it.

I think the bracelets are going to activate some sort of really powerful "fifth move" that is unique from other moves. While we will still retain the normal four moves, a special "fifth move" will be given that's completely different from all moves seen before. They're probably going to be extremely powerful, but with some sort of side effect like recharging or lowering of stats. It will be a completely new move, not something like "Oh, my Arcanine knows Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed, and Rock Climb, but now I can also have Fire Blast on it as well!" In this case, Arcanine would still have Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed, and Rock Climb, but it would gain access to a special, completely new "fifth" move, and the bracelets likely have something to do with it.
