Anyone else considering this?

With how many pokemon have been revealed already, I worry that too many new pokemon will be shown before release, and I don't want to feel the way XY left me.

How hard is it to avoid spoilers?

I tried it with XY but by the time I started it (about 6 weeks before release) I didnt realize but I had already seen the majority of the new pokemon.

Unfortunately I have lot of friends that will share fanart of the new pokemon or "the hottest meme" of them so I can only avoid them for so long
