Honestly, I dont really know for sure. I mean, does the manga or anything else ever go into extensive detail of an Eva's abilities?
I would imagine >>26945367's is the closest. Unit 01 is a clone of Lilith, and thus has a strong AT field, and I imagine that'd translate most directly into SpDef. It's also shown to be pretty agile, and strong. But what about SpAtk, I mean, it can be equiped with beam weapons and shit, so would it's SpAtk be a variable stat? I really dont know.

tbqh I don´t think that this a quite problem. Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee are just a homage to bruce lee and jackie chan, did jackie say something about it? no. It just is used as tribute to them and showing respects. The only Moment where it was a huge Problem, was with Uri geller but he is also a jew.
But my main complaint would be, why can´t we just catch these mons ingame, without any event. Now where I know this it became my fav gen 5 monster. But Can I get it in BW/2 and use it in my regular playthrough? no.

HP: 80 It's a a large person without its sheilding.
Atk: 135 Eva's are really quite strong for their size.
Def: 145 It's body armor also doubles as restraints, this should be its highest stat.
SpAtk: 75 The only non physical attack its used was when fighting Zeruel.
SpDef: 95 Would be higher, but eva's are subject to mental contamination.
Spd: 130 Eva's can break the sound barrier while running, i'd go higher, but a lot of Pokemon can do the same thing
For an ability it's tough It would need wondergaurd because of the AT Field, but at the same time it would also need something like Anger Point/Battle armor, Aftermath, Regenerator, Strong Jaw, Iron Fist. Alternatively, it could just use a form change ability like Zygarde will have, where if it drops below a threshold, like 25% hp, its Attack, Special Attack, and Speed go to +6, called it Unrestrained Power or something.

Additionally, it's moveset should involve Heavy Slam, Crunch, Protect, Mega Horn, Bullet Seed, Hyper Beam, Mega Punch, Rage, Recover, Explosion, Outrage, Extreme speed, Super Power, Night Slash, Slash, and maybe Light of Ruin too.
