Gross. The ability does autoheal it though by the way. And will presumably make it pretty fast to immediately take advantage of its boost so it doesn't really matter that it's not full health. That's what makes stuff like Swarm not very good, and Zen Mode was bad because it switched from a fast attacker to a slow tank at lowered HP which makes no sense role-wise.
