No Guard would certainly be good to land high power attacks. Something like Compound Eyes would fit thematically and give a similar bonus without the drawback that No Guard gives. However, I think the best ability would be something that boosts the effectiveness (either accuracy or power) of Bullet type moves, which would include Zap Cannon.
