Early Popplio haters reminded me of the Chespin fags talking smack about poor Froakie just to see how that little frog would grow up to break the metagame. Rowlett fags are now showing "sympathy" to Popplio in fear it could happen again.

I thought exactly the same, I thought it was the worst out of the set and I was considering picking the owl or cat. Then one day when I was browsing /vp/, saw some pick of Popplio and suddenly it just clicked, I thought ''Hm, Popplio is actually pretty cute''. Then I just started to like it more and more and now I'm probably going to pick it if the evos end up being better than Litten's and Rowlet's.

I learned my lesson with Oshawott. I felt so vindicated with my choice when I got him to evolve to Dewott. . .but then Samurott happened.
At first, I hated Popplio. I thought that I was going to end up hating it just as much as I hate Chespin and the rest of it's line, but it's actually really grown on me, all the cute fanart made me love it even more. I'm picking Popplio instead of Litten now.
