Is it bad that I just want tohave him as absolute best friend/pal/bro for life? It's not even in the whole "lol he's creepy so cool" sense, I just think he'd legitimately be a great pokemon to hang around with, provided he'd still have the same personality a Popplio would have, just silly and playful as fuck.
