Basculin is one of Unova's dex filler mons, and even then its not that bad. Unova Pokemon are great, don't understand why they're the most picked on. I feel like everyone just didn't bother with the Gen V games.

The only pokemon I mildly dislike is lucario, but that's purely because of the spike in the middle of its chest. Without it I'd just be indifferent to the thing.
