Normal types can learn ground and fire moves. It also gets strong jaw, I believe, so I wouldn't be surprised if it learned fire fang.

It looks like a Dedene fugged a poliwag. That's not meant to be an insult, just an observation. I'm personally happy to have a new electric/steel type
