With the release of 7 new Pokemon today, Togedemaru, the new Pikachu clone, was surprisingly revealed today too along with the other 6. It's said to be either a hedgehog or porcupine Pokemon. Togedemaru's design looked a bit weird but eventually it'll grow both on me and everyone else. Nevertheless, it's a cute Pokemon that looks like it'll squeak every time you hug it! Share your opinions!

I wonder if that name will stick in localization. The Pikaclones do always have the same or near-same name worldwide, but "Togedemaru" is really, really Japanese, even more so than Pachirisu. It probably will still be the English name, but I could see it being changed.
