That is if its stats aren't complete garbage. Unfortunately, most of the early-game bugs (which I assume the Grubbin line is) have abhorrent stat distributions. It may have No Guard Zap Cannon, but it also may have a base 82 Sp. Atk and base 70 Spe.

I think a simple 3D design like that could be fully modelled and rigged in two-three weeks, heck its simpler than most student projects. Not much textures and its almost polygonal. If it was Drampa I'd agree it'd be a lot longer.
