They're obviously not official trailers. Most likely whoever leaked these has a debug version of the game, so they can shut the UI on or off, and from there just spliced shit together. The ESRB and Russian shit is obviously thrown in, and you can tell the trailer music is just thrown over from the drowned out SFX.
That is, if it's real. Wouldn't be surprised at all though. Ohmura is fucking shit.
