Its kind of a shame that the process of making these is so long! Seems like the threads die because people who are interested get the template, and have a finished card by the time two more threads have come and died. For a little while, folks were roleplaying their characters, but even /vp/ wasn't built to contain that level of autism. I wish there was a happy middleground, that kept these up without requiring that level of commitment.

Some people just prefer them unevolved, there are lots of Pokemon that look just as good as their evolutions. I personally think that Porygon2 >>> Porygon-Z. Also, with an Eviolite they aren't as useless as they used to be.
