It's not even close to worth 100k.
Even the gold NWC NES carts are less than a quarter of that. That card is maybe worth a grand or two at absolute max.
For some reason im reminded of that kid who had his pokemon cards stolen so a police officer gave him his, and it had an ancient mew card which the kid though only 10 existed in the world even though pretty much everyone has one.
