Hi /vp/, I'm putting together a Ghost type team for my future Moon run and would like some help.
The 3 I plan to have on my team so far are Mismagius, Froslass, and Chandelure. As for the other 3 I could use some advice.
I want to have a Gourgeist on my team, but wasn't sure if Trevenant would be better.
I want to have a Mega on my team, but not sure whether to pick Gengar, Banette or Sableye. I'm leaning towards Gengar because of the dual Poison type. As for the 6th member, I have no idea what to pick.
Can you help me put together a spoopy team, /vp/?

I plan on raising a team of 6, then possibly switching a few out for any new Ghosts mons that come out. It may be late game before they're available (unless I can get them off the GTS).
I have another question; what can I do about my team's weakness to Dark type?
Is this a good Special Attack based moveset for Mismagius?
1) Shadow Ball (TM30) - Ghost - Special, Power 80, Acc 100
2) Dark Pulse (TM97) - Dark - Special, Power 80, Acc 100
3) Dazzling Gleam (TM99) - Fairy - Special, Power 80, Acc 100
4) Psychic (TM29) - Psychic, Special, Power 90, Acc 100
If so, what item should I use? Choice Specs?

Drop Dark Pulse. It does nothing Shadow Ball doesn't except fish for crits, which is rubbish unless you plan on spreading paralasys beforehand, in which case Hex would be better anyways. Psychic is probably not a great choice either, unless you really fear Fighting or Poison types for some reason. Make that Poison types, because Dazzling Gleam already beats Fighting. If she got Psyshock, that might be another story, but...
Energy Ball, Mystic Fire, Thunderbolt, or Power Gem would likely be better depending on what type of coverage you need more. If you run a choice item, putting Trick on it is also probably not a bad idea. You can seriously fuck over a wall by doing that. Alternatively, you could run an Assault Vest to bolster Mismagius' natural bulk into an impressive special tank. Finally, you can drop something for a sexy Will-O-wisp, and go with lefties or a Sitrus Berry, or even an Expert Belt, what with all of the coverage moves you are carrying.
Mismagius can work well with either Specs or a Scarf. I'd lean Specs just because she's pretty fast already, but the rest of your team will help determine which is more important.

Damn anon, you know your stuff! I might give her Power Gem, and I didnt even know about Mystic Fire. I plan on putting Energy Ball on my Gourgeist, and maybe Will-o-Wisp on Chandelure. And thanks for the item recommendations; I don't have a good grasp of them after Gen 4.
I could also use some help with my Froslass. So far I have Ice Beam and Draining Kiss (for a little healing). Not sure if I should drop IB for Blizzard, and not sure what Ghost move to use if Mismagius already has Shadow Ball.
(I should also mention I'm just going for a fun play through of Moon; not going competitive.)
