Can anyone tell me what pokemon to use for the battle frontier in emerald? I want to beat all the games completely but i dont want to waste a bunch of time breeding in emerald and such and get blown out. Does anyone have a team they used to beat everything? Preferably as few pokes as possible but ill make more fpr specific places if i have to.

Delibird is literally the best Pokemon you can use for the Battle Frontier. Hustle + Choice Band + Aerial Ace breaks through a lot of the evasion based strategies.

I remember Starmie getting some use from me as well.
Salamence of course will decimate the Frontier.

is it really that easy as just picking sweepers? Cuz i know those pokemon can all die easily and if it was that easy why do so many people have trouble with it? Do i need to waste time iving or can just natures and evs be enough?

Those are what I remember using, so I don't know. Swampert is pretty good defensively though, so it's not like its just for offense.
I didn't start to get autistic with breeding until BW, so no I don't think you need to breed for IVs. Natures and EVs are necessary though.
