Why the fuck can every single pokemon learn toxic? Do they all have venom?
Should be a toxic-type pokemon only move. Would also make stall a lot less annoying

I've harvested countless amounts of salt from my friends because I get lucky misses even with 90% accuracy moves.
On top of that, it busts the edge cases of semi-invulnerability, Double Team, Accuracy penalties, Sand/Snow Veil...

Lower the accuracy of Toxic to 75% or 70%. That way it's less accurate for everything else and guaranteed for Poison types.
