Nukita also wrote a bunch of hentai games, and the DS game Infinite Space. XY was the first Pokemon game worked on, where he worked as a minor writer under the usual writer Matsumiya. He was then given head writer role in ORAS.

Actually I've seen Zinnia hate on a few Pokemon related Facebook pages, and I'm mostly seeing people underwhelmed with Gen 6 everywhere I go. Like that Tamashi vid where she does nothing but say "Gen 6 wasn't that great" for 18 minutes and everyone agreed. Or when I was looking for comparisons between the remakes and say Gamefaqs threads where most people loved HGSS or said ORAS were better games but worse remakes. (Also that place is even more cancerous than here.)
The reason you may see different stuff is that in other sites, there's more people who only play the game in passing, like people who left in Gen 3 and came back much later, or people who are a lot more casual.
I don't think /vp/ lines up perfectly, (its a little exaggerated) but its definitely not way off like people say. In fact the only people I see who say its different are people on the other side of popular opinions.
