If anything, the new video would likely just toss in Nekkoala and Iwanko just for the sake of it. Mostly for the sake of finally giving them their English and international names. The general purpose would just to be the two of them being shown doing some attacks/their animations.
Beyond that, the bigger addition would likely be some other newer Pokemon to go along with it.

Everytime we've gotten a worldwide news drop it's been a batch of news in a trailer-like video. So I imagine that even if we see the puppy and koala on the first, that won't be all we get. They might reveal the "special thing" teased in CoroCoro that the starters and the rock puppy have in common while they reveal the rock puppy. That's my guess.

It doesn't seem like a big pokemon? At least that's what I assume. But in one shot, the circle is covering the entire sheet while in another, it makes it look like the pokemon is much smaller in contrast to the sheet.
One of them seemed pretty freaked out and wide eyed and slightly recoiled a bit, although it might just be a exaggerated japanese reaction. Kinda wish I knew nipponese to understand what exactly they are talking about.
