I like the idea of a game with gen 2/3/4/5/6 Pokemon and the graphics of red/blue, but since I don't have a smartphone I have no reason to back your project.
Red++ already did something similar, albeit they did not include a large number of later Pokemon.
Seriously, though... why include Natures? They have been nothing but a huge pain in my ass since I got Sapphire. Back in the RBYGSC days, you could catch any Pokemon and use it without a second thought. Yeah, they had DVs like we have IVs now, but the Stat Experience system basically allowed you to max out your "EVs" for all your stats, so it didn't matter much.
I honestly wish they would trash Natures and the 510 EV cap in Sun & Moon.
All that's gonna happen if you get money for making this game is that you'll get a Cease & Desist from Game Freak and Nintendo.

Because I like Megaman Classic more than X. They're different styles of platformers, the mobility X has, the hidden armor upgrades, and more complex boss fights make it different enough from Classic that you can prefer one to the other. Classic is a more simple, arcade-y series.

There are plenty of one-off games that never got sequels, like Disney Capcom games (Ducktales Remastered is alright and it was great to see the voice actors come together for one last time but the original is still better from a gameplay perspective), Ninja Gaiden, Kid Icarus, Little Samson, Mr. Gimmick, Shatterhand, really just ask /vr/ they could give you dozens of obscure games.
Also, not every franchise is completely outclassed by its successors. I like Rondo of Blood the most out of any Castlevania, but that doesn't mean I don't also love Castlevania I and III, especially the latter. I like some later Final Fantasy games more, but I still liked Final Fantasy III a lot and would go back and replay it if I got the itch. You can enjoy more games in a series than just the best one.

I'm 21 mate, I have absolutely no nostalgia about any of these. Megaman Classic plays nothing like the X series, Contra and Contra 3 play similarly but don't feel quite the same. Castlevania 4/Rondo of Blood I'd agree are better than the original one, but they don't feel quite as heavy and challenging. And don't you talk shit about Journey to Silius
