I don't think it even has a "head," really. If I had to guess, though, I'd say both, and its "eyes" are probably the white bits that are either on both of the said "heads" or all over its body. If am not mistaken, its winglike appendages have mouth-like openings on the ends, too. Oh shit, wait a minute; if the white bits are its eyes, that means 10% has a huge eye for an ass crack.
