It's raining right now. What are some good mons for a Drizzle team? Is Mega Swampert good or does Kingdra outclass him?

Here is My team
Politoed(Sets Up Rain)
Mega Swampert(Swift Swim)
Rotom-W(100% Thunder, and Boosted Hydropump)
Garchomp(Immunity to Thunder, also a good switchin for Talonflame)
Gardevoir(Destroys Dragons who resist both the Electric and Water, Also is a good switchin for strong fighting attacks, also carrys magic coat for darkrais)
and
Talonflame(Set up Tailwind, attack with BraveBird to kill grass types. Switch to garchomp if you see a Rock, or Electric move, Switch to Rotom for a water move)

Mega Swamphurt (XD meme name) is a physical attacker. Kinda is a special attacker.
It really depends on the team. I would usually go Swamphurt just because physical attackers are usually better imo, but if you're running it you need a grass resist (Goodra fits this role the best with Sap Sipper)

*Kingdra is a special attacker
