No, Masuda will be showing off completely new game play. Japan already had their recap of E3 info with a NicoNico live stream last week. I'm sure the US will have a follow up press release highlighting the new info

There's some Japanese convention where they promised Masuda would play through a portion of the game.
While it could be the same portion we got at E3, its unlikely as Japan got no less than two streams with that footage. At the absolute least he'll likely use a different starter.
