What are the best options to experience Pokemon on PC? I know of emulation, but is there anything else? Legit don't like the handheld titles themselves because of the limited pokemon you can acquire without trading.

I realised later that AlphaSapphire (the rom itself not the hack) just werks fine by itself. Only had two major crashes so far which are easy to work around with pkhex.
