Name two of the best features of each gen that the others don't have.
>>26836952
>gen 1
black and white
simplicity
>gen 2
large area
cell phone connectivity thing
>gen 3
secret base above ground
>gen 4
the underground
poffins
proper time intergration
>gen 5
now its getting difficult
>gen 6
3d?
>>26837007
>Genwunning this hard
>>26837007
Gen V had the entralink
Gen VI has the Amie, the PSS, Super Training, and for XY only, the Friend Safari, and those are completely obsolete with the DexNav in ORAS.
>>26837029
oh true i forgot about the extra link, definately up there. the dream world was actually fun and i think ive forgotten one of my Pokemon in it.
In that case also add pokewalker to gen 4.
Gen 6
- PSS
- Super Training
Can't be bothered to do them all, but 6's features were by far the most useful.
>>26837007
>>gen 5
>now its getting difficult
It must have been quite hard for you from the beginning since you listed 'Black and white' and 'simplicity' as features when they were just software limitations.
>Johto
>Large area
Pick one.
Gen 3 secret bases were shit and that's one feature not two.
Gen 4 underground was slightly better than gen 3 secret bases because we could get items from it by digging but it was otherwise as shit as the secret bases. Poffins were just as shit as Pokéblocks and what the fuck are you talking about with 'proper time integration'?
>Gen III
Battle Frontier
>Gen IV
Pokeathlon
>Gen V
Dream World
World Tournament
Gen 1:
-Team Rocket (team just out for money and power rather than trying to destroy the world or whatever, and they're not the same in Gen 2)
-Best glitches
Gen 2:
-Only real postgame across every Pokemon game
-Best lore, simple, clear, and you had to look just a little to find it
Gen 3 (My least favorite, bear with me):
-Did this gen actually have anything completely unique about it? Maybe that's why I hate it more with each new gen.
-Multiple evil teams at war with each other? I dunno, it had the worst evil teams and worst legendary story.
Gen 4:
-Underground (Could be utilized better now, though.)
-Poketch, we haven't had as good a feature since
Gen 5:
-Entralink, definitely
-Most sympathetic villain/antihero (Also antihero done right, sympathetic but misguided character rather than LOLEDGY)
Gen 6:
-PSS (Not going to be exclusive soon, I'm thinking)
-Super Training (the window is more useful than the actual training...)
Amie
Eon flute
>Gen 4
Underground
Good Elite 4 from the start (Platinum)
Gen 1
>The beginning of the franchise
>Glitches
Gen 2

Gen 3:

>Two villain teams
Gen 4:
>Evos for many old Pokemon
>Underground
Gen 5:
>Best story
>Region finally based on something else other than Japan
Gen 6:
>3D
>Pokemon Amie
>>26836952

One of the coolest and most immersing features in any Pokemon game.

Gen 2. Silver, slow pok well
Gen 3. A lot of water, cosplay pikachu
Gen 4. Pop in making, exploring the underground
Gen 5. Lord n, rotation battles

Can't believe I forgot to list that.
>megas
They can all burn in hell.
>>26836952
>Name two of the best features of each gen
>implying it's possible to name anything less than five from gen 3
>>26837515
But everyone knows the emerald one is the only one worth mentioning
>>26837491
>monthly
Way too slow.
No one takes longer than a month to play through the main game.
Most people that play these games don't care about post game.
>>26837500
