But the reason metals are lustrous are because of delocalization of electrons. If the thunder-armor is believed to be a continuously flowing stream of electrons (and I don't see why not, it's the fucking anime for fuck's sake) in a solid state, then I don't see why there wouldn't be a lustrous shine on them
