I have my monitor set up to have two windows side by side. That way I can look at two things at once. I experience this problem when the web browser is not maximized. To click something on the right I have to maximize the screen which is tedious and annoying.It hasn't always been like that but it's been like that for a while. There was a bit of that when I tried to click some buttons like the one that [show] buttons but now it's much worse.
It's a pretty big problem but I'm surprised such a shit site doesn't have more problems. I also use veekun but bulbapedia is better for some things and veekun is better for others.

Bulbapedo made a mistake. They've put an invisible box on top of everything on the right, preventing you from clicking anything the box covers. Right-click an select Inspect Element, select the box and hit Delete. Problem solved.
