actually it would be really cool if it gained a shitton of speed and like got an ability to move more than once in a turn depending on how fast it and the other mon was, and outspeed priority too. It could be a setup monster.

if it had a draining status move and a sleep move (and maybe an entrapment move) it could kill hardcore. but that's pushing it, and it already will never happen

Even if it was just a 50% Boost to stats that'd be nuts on a lot of things. I dont know if it'd make 'karp very good, unless it somehow got a Water-type Flail
