Is this the reason they didn't show us the Yangoose's pokedex?

Zangoose's pokedex refers to seviper because of their feud.

What if Yangoose's pekedex refers to the pokemon it came to control its population and they didn't want to show us, so as not to reveal another pokemon.

That's literally the only reason they skipped over the Dex entry for it.
