What about a Pokemon that starts out as a door, then evolves into a house before evolving into a mansion?
It could be a ghost type that purposely deceives people so they can't capture it.
Have it like snorlax where there's this one area with hella doors and like half of them are just that Pokemon disguising himself as that.
