The two triangles up top are its ears, the tendrils on the side area its cheeks, the dangling bits at the bottom are its mustache, and the white holes are its eyes.

As expected from the shitty dub, it rips the soul from the show and can't even get the names right. I regret not seeing the Japanese version back then.
