i'll leave this here
It's almost as if beetles were popular in Japan on something.

Yes, I'm implying beetles are popular in Japan. Congratulations, you can read English.

>Dies in one hit to One Punch Bird
Accurate
Kamen Rider totally ripped off pokémon, with the whole superpowered insect warrior thing.

We do need more beetle pokémon, though. I know we will never have a golden age of bugs like in gen V again, but a man can dream.
>>26787817
>We do need more beetle pokémon
you fags won't already shut up with what we have and you want more?
>>26787883
You can never have enough beetles, friend. And we already have over half a dozen butterflies and moths.
>>26787883
We could have an entire generation of beetles and we'd still be lacking.
>>26787893
Are you perhaps forgetting that Volbeat and Illumise are also beetles?
>>26787913
Nope, when did I say they weren't? There's tons of beetles already. And I want a new one that doesn't suck.
>>26787724
Top Kek
>>26787913
And ladyba and pinsir and kricketune. What's your point, Captain Obvious?
>almost 7 generations
>no weevil pokemon
>no bombardier beetle pokemon
>no dung beetle pokemon
>no tiger beetle pokemon
>no diving beetle pokemon
>no harlequin beetle pokemon
>no scarab pokemon
>no spanish fly pokemon
>not a single beetle pokemon in pupa form
>we only now just got a beetle pokemon in larva form
Where's the beetles, Gamefreak?
>>26787912
>>26787935
>>26787954
This isnt Beetlemon
>>26787968
But you're fine with all the cats, dogs, fish and butterflies?
>>26787967
Yeah, a dung beetle/scarab feels way overdue.
>>26788159
Actually, no.
>>26787913
We want beetles that aren't forgettable and complete trash at the same time anon. The ones you mentioned would kill for evolutions.
Yeah, there's a lot of beetles, but how many of those are actually useful in a fight?
>>26788219
Pretty much all of them if they were the size of dogs and could survive being the size of dogs. More so than dogs, at least.
>>26788244
Yeah we have many butterflies and moths and many dogs and cats but how many of them are viable?
>>26788244
Most animals are the size of dogs in the world of pokémon, though. And some dogs are the size of horses.
>>26788260
I don't know what your point is anymore, and I don't think you do either.
>>26788263
A beetle the size of a dog would probably destroy a dog the size of a horse.
>>26788206
I want to fuck Aluminaga
>>26788380
Unless we apply the laws of physics, then the beetle wouldn't be able to move and it would suffocate.
I want a water beetle. The flat ones with the bug front legs(?).
>>26788275
Or do I?
>>26788405
Don't ask me, I just told you that I didn't know.
>>26788401
This would be the perfect water/bug.
>>26788400
Yes, but since this is Pokemon we are assuming that it can.
With an average horse weighing 13 times more than an average dog and a rhinoceros beetle being able to carry 850 times it's own weight, a horse sized dog should be no problem for a dog sized beetle.
