Fix some mediocre pokemon without going crazy or using snowflake abilities.
Mega Sceptile now has Technician for boosted Dragon Breath, Dual Chop, Hidden Power, Aerial Ace, Bullet Seed, etc. Could give him a better niche. Especially if he gets dragon tail.
Maybe balance out his Mega's attacking stats too.

No Guard can hit through Protect and Protect-like moves again
It doesn't make it broken, but it makes him more annoying to deal with especially for toxic-stall fags who would keep using Protect every other turn
If I am allowed more changes:
-20 Sp Atk -> +20 Atk
+20 HP
It's bulk and offensive presence becomes significant again to last more than 2 turns and to net in more KOs

Conkeldurr's defensive stat and bulk remains superior and they are differentiated a bit in terms of game play
Mega Sceptile's issue isn't it's Mega ability, it's it's regular ability

Froslass gets Technician. Its niche would be spamming Frost Breath and Ominous Wind along with Ice Shard.
Cinccino gets Arm Thrust. With it, it finally can fight Steel Types, and will likely shoot from RU to UU at least, solely because now it can actually function as a high-risk, high-reward sweeper.
