These guys would've been so much better if Landorus didn't exist, and then Tornadus and Thundurus could've been more differentiated than they are. At least on the level of Latios and Latias.

I think that, at the very least they could have had different stat spreads and abilities (Lati@s are doomed to share an ability because of levitate) from one another. Even if both of their visual designs stayed exactly the same they could've at least had different poses, animations and demeanors rather than being complete model swaps.
