It was difficult adjusting to the ears and tail, but she found that she could help her family better with farming duties. Her nails grew longer and more tough, durable for digging. Then Maria fell. Famlies and friends were lost and land was destroyed. She took this as a sign that this was her time. She decided to join the military with the ambition of joining the Scouting Legionär. She would avenge all that was lost and protect all that remains. She would restore the faith in her people and live in peace once again.
