All went downhill from gen 1 with WIliam Hartnell. These new Doctor Who episodes don't even look like Doctor Who. Who can keep up with all these new doctors? Besides the new villains have shitty designs - back in my day we had villains based on cavemen, mongols, aztecs, garbage cans with plungers/whisks, spiders and ants. Pretty much she's going to have really simple character development.
Doesn't like battling? During the plot she'll learn her pokemon are fine with it and she needs to be strong.
Is afraid to go on adventure because of her dad? Her dad is going to show up and those issues will be resolved.
Basically any character who immediately shows a flaw or issue is going to have that be the center of their character for most of the story probably.
Pokemon has had a long history of people that have pokemon and do not battle. We reserve the right to not battle. No one should have to battle, this includes pokemon. To deny this is ignorance. If you refuse us, then you are not a pokemon board. We will not stand to be oppressed any longer.
