Sceptile: It's stats and movepool are at odds, it is moderatly afflicted by Grass-type movepool syndrome, and has a Mega that makes it immune to something it 4x resists, and buffs the attack stat it can't really utilize.

Swampert: A solid pokemon with a 4x weakness that is right at home on many teams. Has a Mega that dramatically re-purposes it into a bulky sweeper. Unfortunately, it relies on a nerfed mechanic.
Mudkip is known to be able to seduce opposing trainers, resulting in more misclicks.

Blaziken: Banned to ubers back in gen 5. Got a Mega that basically changed nothing.
Combusken occasionally sees competitive use.

Blaziken, no question. If working with a banlist, Swampert is the most usable and is a team player.
