Here's the original one I made that I believe looks best.
-original eye feathers (probably makes an arrow shape on head when viewed front-on)
-slightly smaller eye with less blue and more depth
-three tail feathers
-only minor other detail additions
I really like Pikipek's design as a whole, but I just wanted the small details like claws and a more feathery look to show through. It's almost like the way another artist would draw it with their slight artistic liberties, though in this case it would also be on the 3D model.
Overall it just makes it look a little more natural and fluffy, as opposed to looking almost like plastic, if that makes any sense.
