It does fit the magnet theme, I think - the magnetic power of one becomes so strong that their bodies fuse. It's like a completion of Magneton. The red eye is a little dumb though.

I love every design out of this gen so far, except for that fucking mongoose. I hate that stupid design so goddamn much.
But here's the thing. A lot of the times when I hate a design, it's because it doesn't fit thematically, or doesn't have that essential "Pokemon feel". That isn't why I hate Yungoos. I hate it because it's ugly, but it fits. It works with the rest. It's just ugly as sin to boot.
It's a bit like the Lake trio or Garbodor. Fucking atrocious, but honestly? It works for them.
I'm thrilled to see more designs. I'm actually hype.
