Be glad you still know your first team you beat the league with. I was struggling to remember mine since I corrupted the hall of fame when I was 7 with Missingno. And even then I'm not all too sure about it.

It's not the save file being lost, I already reset my 500 + hours save file a long time ago. it's that one of my most treasured childhood relics is dead in a way.
